Dear customers

Following the governments announcement on the 31st of October of a further lockdown, I would like to assure all of you that S&B will continue to adhere to government guidelines. The safety of you and our team remains a top priority.

The government have stated they do not wish the lockdown to impact on education and that lessons, exams and assessments should continue as scheduled. We will therefore continue to support our customers by operating our scheduled programmes as planned.

Apprentice programmes, professional licences and short courses will all continue as profiled.

Over the last few months we have implemented a number of safety measures, updated policies and risk assessments and arranged frequent audits by our H&S and maintenance team. We have made significant changes to our delivery model and request that visitors to our site complete a COVID-19 health screening questionnaire. Please also accept our requests for thermal temperature tests and adhere to our COVID-19 briefings if visiting. These measures are intended to allow everyone to continue with their learning and attend on site where necessary

If you have any concerns please get in touch, but to confirm, all delivery of training and assessment will continue.

With best wishes

Phil Marsh
